Array of Solar Goals and Responsibilities:

In this unprecendented situation, our goal is to best decrease the spread of COVID-19 and lower the impact in our workplace and community.

Those goals include:

I would like to get a proposal, but I don't want to have anyone in my home or meet outside the home. What are my options?
We are offering virtual consultations for all of our homeowners and businesses. We can accomplish this via Zoom, to review the proposal together on screen, or we can set up a call and review the data together over the phone.
I would like to get a proposal, and I'm ok with meeting in person. How do you protect my family and yourself?
During in person consultations, we require that all employees wear a mask and maintain a distance of 6 feet from all parties. We also bring brand new, disposable masks for you, if you do not have them already. We also ask to meet outside if weather permits or if 6 feet distancing isn’t possible.
I would like to get a proposal, but I don't want to wear a mask. What are my options?
For meetings where all parties are unable to wear a mask, we will set up a virtual consultation. We can accomplish this via Zoom, to review the proposal together on screen, or we can set up a call and review the data together over the phone.
I have an appointment set up with you, but I'm not feeling well. What should I do?
Please reach out as soon as possible to notify us. If this was a face to face appointment originally, and you are feeling well enough to switch to a virtual appointment, we can make that adjustment. If you are not feeling well enough or want to postpone, we will set up a new date and time with you.
How can I be sure that your employee is not sick and is protecting my family or business?
All of our employees have been trained on COVID precautions and have signed a training document and pledge to adhere to and uphold that training and responsibility. We take this pandemic very seriously and will NEVER put you or our team in harm’s way. When in doubt, always reach out to us to discuss and to understand what to expect.
